COOLPOWERe シリーズの冷蔵庫 / コールドヘッドは、熱力学サイクルに基づいて動作し、極低温を生成するガス冷却機です。 COOLPOWER e コールドヘッドは COOLVAC e シリーズのクライオポンプの基本ユニットです。

冷蔵庫は、熱力学サイクル (Carnot) に基づいて動作し、極低温（T ≤ 120 K）を生成する冷却機です。ギ

フォード / マクマホン原理に従って動作する冷蔵庫は、他のクライオポンプおよび極低温用途の冷却方法よりも優れています。 このようなクーラーはライボルトが製造・使用しています。コールドヘッド

は主に 3 つのモジュールで構成されています。 駆動モジュール、変位ユニット、コールドヘッドステージ。コールドヘッド

の第 1 ステージは、動作条件とモデルに応じて ~ 45 K から 80 K まで冷却され、第 2 ステージでは 4 K までの動作温度に達します。 どちらのステージも、利用可能な冷却能力を最適に活用するために熱伝導性の高い銅製です。空圧駆動

のコールドヘッドの場合、置換機の空圧駆動システムは、機械的に動く 2 つのコンポーネントのみで構成されています。 回転制御バルブと制御バルブを駆動するステッピングモータです。機械駆動

のコールドヘッドでは、ディスプレーサユニットの動きがクランクドライブによって自動的に制御されるため、振動レベルが低くなります。

標準のシングルステージおよびデュアルステージ COOLPOWER e コールドヘッドは、幅広い用途に適合します。 ライボルトは、80 K（単段式）で 20 W から 250 W までの利用可能な冷却能力を備えた冷蔵庫を提供しています。 2 段式システムでは、2 段式の冷却能力は、20 K で 5 W から 20 W の間です。 COOLPAK e シリーズのヘリウムコンプレッサは、可変モータ速度で COOLPOWER e シリーズのコールドヘッドを駆動し、冷却性能を向上させます。 標準製品に加えて、お客様の要件に合わせたカスタム設計のコールドヘッドも提供しています。
