TURBOVAC i/iX

TURBOVAC i は、90 から 1450 l/s の範囲で実績のあるターボ分子ポンププラットフォームです。 TURBOVAC i には、永久磁石アッパーベアリングとオイルフリーのロアーメカニカルベアリングを組み合わせた最新のハイブリッドベアリング設計が採用されており、きわめてクリーンな高真空条件を実現します。

TURBOVAC i では、リモート電子機器を備えた UHV（超高真空）、スループット IND（産業用）、および iR（放射線耐性）のバリエーションを提供しています。 TURBOVAC i ポンプは、最大 2 つのアクセサリ（基本 RS485、 USB、デジタル I/O コントロール）を制御できるコンパクトなインタフェースを備えています。 TURBOVAC i シリーズは、フィールドバスサポートの全スペクトルも提供しています。 「 Anybus 」と呼ばれる汎用接続により、選択可能なモジュールを介してプロフィバス、イーサネット IP、プロフィネット、および EtherCAT 経由で通信できます。

TURBOVAC iX は、Anybus インタフェース、フォア真空ポンプを制御する機能、最大 6 つのアクセサリ、ゲージインタフェースを提供し、ポンプを完全な真空制御ソリューションにします。 シングルインレットポンプに加えて、カスタマーフォーカスエンジニアリングチームを通じて多数のマルチインレット、カートリッジポンプ、カスタマイズされた製品を提供しています。当社のセールスチームにお問い合わせください。

TURBOVAC i ポンプ, 一般的には、スタンドアロンで提供されます。適切な電源ユニット、通信 / 電源ケーブル、冷却オプションは別途注文する必要があります。 TURBOVAC 1350、1450 および 850、950 IND モデルには、水冷ブロックがすでに装備されています。

TURBOVAC 1350 i/iX

The TURBOVAC 1350 i offers a pumping speed of 1350 l/s for air/nitrogen. The 1350 is especially optimized for Industrial Coating applications and offers very high gas throughput for heavy gases such as nitrogen and argon.

We currently offer TURBOVAC 1350 i with DN 200 ISO-K or ISO-F vacuum inlet flange system.

These pumps can only be water-cooled by default and they come in two different orientation variants which need to be selected U (upside down to horizontal) and standard (upright to horizontal).

As an electronic interface, our customers can choose from the basic compact interface (...V1000) and the advanced Fieldbus interface (...V2000). Fieldbus interface cards are not included in the scope of supply and need to be ordered separately.

It needs to be operated in the U (upside down to horizontal) orientation. IND variants provide high gas throughput paired with tolerance against particles and environmental conditions. This product comes already with integrated water cooling unit and is water cooling only. As an electronic interface this product comes with the basic compact interface.
