The SCROLLVAC plus range of dry vacuum pumps provide a flexible, robust, and simple solution across a wide spectrum of applications. We have several variants of SCROLLVAC plus available covering pumping speeds of 3, 7, 10, 15 and 18 m3/h.

SCROLLVAC 3 plus

The Leybold SCROLLVAC 3S plus extends the Leybold range of scroll pumps, combining high pumping speed with good ultimate vacuum in a compact, flexible, quiet, and reliable package.

SCROLLVAC 3S plus - 115V 1Ph 50/60Hz

This configured variant of the SCROLLVAC 3S plus comes with a single phase 115V 50/60 Hz motor. The configured variants are fitted with an inlet isolation valve.

With peak pumping speeds of up to 3 m3/h at 50Hz (or 3.5 m3/h at 60Hz) and a typical ultimate vacuum of 0.1 mbar, the SCROLLVAC 3S plus is a very capable and dry alternative to diaphragm pumps.
