Dry Screw Pumps

VDs1200 is composed by WAU1001 , VD200, Stainless steel silencer, Non-return valve, 7"HMI , purge kit for VD . Each VDs1200 is default equipped with Electrical Cabinet with HMI , VFD for WAU1001 , soft starter and other eletrical components inside.

VDs1200 offers preventive maintenance via proactive monitoring VD operating hours , active remind belt change for VD200.

VDs1200 is a full dry system, either WAU1001 or VD200 are air-cooled. This system is best for facility with poor cooling water condition or applications limited by cooling water volume or temperature.
